Home infested with roaches, very rude and inconsiderate and no grace period on rent. Due by the first or get out basically!! Be careful with hurricane season because they will not come fix your home and still expect rent.paid rent 6 months straight in a house that was unlivable before being let out of my lease. They take advantage of tenant with bad credit and give them bs houses

We have lived in our home for 7 years and we have never had any issues with Affordable coming out to repair or replace anything that has happened while we have lived here. I am especially grateful today because last night with all the wind we had a huge tree come down in our yard and they were out today the whole thing was chopped up and removed!! They will be back by the end of the week to put up our fence. I feel extremely lucky that they are my landlord

I own a home across the street from one of Affordable Property Management’s properties. This place is ALWAYS a mess. I have called to alert the staff at Affordable Property Management on a few occasions and it has become clear that they just don’t care. See for yourself and tell me how well this property is “managed.” How incredibly frustrating.

It's a good start and very understanding upper management. Don't look for a holiday Inn experience but very affordable just speak and stay to yourself. Family area because there are kids.

I did an application back in November which I submitted all of my information by email. Waited a couple days and never got a call back so I went into the office to find out what the wait was for and was told by the girl in ths office that she wasn't gonna print my application nor info due to my proof of income was 30 pages!!!! I went and printed everything for them turned it in.......still no call! Went there today just to see what is the office procedures for applicants and was told that when the property inquired about is rented that's just that they don't have to let the applicants know if the property has been rented!! And not to leave out the girl raised her voice while talking to me, smh. Very very unprofessional!! You would think that by the way the property looks they would be more
