What an amazing organization! I completed the Financial counseling course and it is so full of useful information! I feel equipped to gain financial stability!
Dealing with the AHA was the most dehumanizing experience of my life!!!! I am Full Time employee of the state, I lost my place after my landlord jacked up the rent a week before my new lease. I went to AHA for help, They put me in a hotel for 28 days and told me me a case worker would reach out to me to secure housing, After 2 weeks into my 28 days i called the case workers office, No Answer, left a message, Rinse and repeat for a week i finally get in touch with someone only to be told best case scenario i could be placed in an affordable apartment in Princeton NJ within 2-3 months over 80 miles away from my job, that was the last time my phone call was answered. My 28 days have since expired and i am back to living in my car. During my stay in the hotel i saw staff drunk and stumbling

If you are a Hotel Owner. Do not give this company any rooms. They play many games and never send payments out on time. They steal money from the government and never send the money. I have been begging for 5/6months to receive my payments for there clients. There prior employees who I dealt with have been fired so I literally have no point of contact to received the payments. This company needs to be reported to BBB and the government for fraud and for holding businesses hostage! They promise the world and never deliver. I hate saying this because there are many clients that need rooms in NJ but this company literally steals money from the government and running around in circles by pointing figures at different agencies that should send the money. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ERAP GUEST BECAUSE THE
