A few years ago my husband and I tried to get a home from them but to be frank they truly are not affordable. The first few interactions were nice and courteous by the females. Once a male entered the conversation they tried belittling me and I was doing all of the interactions. As we neared to sign the papers to start we were told a house payment that was no where near affordable. When we told the guy we would have to think about it he told us we only had a week. That was fine. What was not fine was the same individual being condescending toward me when I called to ask a few questions. A few minutes later my husband calls him with the same questions and his demeanor completely changed. I have recommended 2 families to this place and quite honestly I regret it as I have heard stories from

I was happy going in but when I asked them questions the person there said that she didn't know anything. That we had to pay the application fee no matter what to get some answers. Kind of weird I thought. If they don't check credit score then all the payments from all the people should be the same. Shouldn't it? They should know exactly what the payments are for 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 yrs. Well that's my thought and not everyone thinks like me.

Need better communication, better work ethic. Need to know how to treat a customer like if he/she was family. Thats what makes a good company grow. Phone calls should be a priority as well, people don’t need to call more than one time to get in contact.

This agency is a great opportunity for someone looking to buy their first 🏡. There are income guidelines as well as requirement to fulfill + I think some generic materials are used. Walls feel paper thin. I closed on my home almost 10 yrs ago + we were told the sub division would be getting a playground. They are just now starting construction on that. As with anything else you may encounter "glitches" here + there but over all it's been a good opportunity. + majority of the staff at the facility is friendly.

Beware before applying lenders are not well versed with the process its more of let's sign and get it over with the home "is a great deal price wise" living in the home for 5 years now restrooms are not well made for steam vents are not strong enough causing mold. VERY IMPORTANT as a first time buyer as it is not educated in the program or classes they offer go into hidalgo district appraisal see the values of homes around before buying 2 years in the value went up 60k+ if your planning to live in the home long term your payment with roughly increase if looking to resell after the 5 years then you can hit a deal caution when looking into the Oxford and 107 area north mcallen.
