He kept us updated on every step of getting our trailer on our property. I would recommend this company 1st. Prices are Great. We stopped by to ask a few questions, and Aaren Strickland was great! She not only answered all my questions but took us on a tour of several homes! After our visit we are thinking going with her is the best option for what we are looking for!

We purchased a "tiny home" from Affordable Homes for my elderly father to live in on our property. Jamie was amazing to work with. She got us to closing two weeks from the day we decided to purchase the home! She answered questions quickly by phone and email. This is a locally owned and operated business. Stay away from here. Run away if you're there. Or don't. Feel free to FAFO. UDATE: 5 months after the start of this process and I'm about to make my 2nd mortgage payment. Mind you we can't even move in yet let alone do we have any keys. They moved the place out there months before obtaining a permit so the bank could start the clock on the mortgage and Affordable gets their money. That's all these clowns care about. Don't get me started on the "project manager". Claimed we would get weekly updates yet in months he has YET to send me any updates. Only way I get those is if I text him first. In the meantime I'm still paying for storage since I can't move our belongings. The erosion is out of control with all the rain but that's not their problem. Had a pleasant experience working with the people at Affordable Homes! While working in a time crunch, they did everything possible to keep things running after the house arrived. Very accommodating and the house is beautiful. Make sure you work with a good sales rep and you won’t be disappointed with the customer service!
