Affinity Property Management

We moved in to our apartment in March of 2024 and we are now on the third property management company Affinity property management. So far everything has been great as I have notified the office with parking issues and the latest was to fix our security door. I sent the maintenance request at around 4am and by 8am maintenance was there making the repairs. Shannon who responds is VERY helpful and I can't thank her enough for getting stuff done when we request. Keep up the good work.

This is an anonymous review. I first moved into one of the affinity property management properties(1440-1460 meadowview dr) and it was great at first. Then i started having major problems. I want to say maybe abt 2 weeks in the apartment, someone broke into my car twice. I contacted my property manager she responds with “there’s nothing we can do about it. I would say report it to the police” but crazy thing is, I already did report it to the police and they didn’t do anything. Another thing, People in these buildings have no respect for others. They WILL break into your apartment. They do not care whatsoever. I even reached out to my apartment manager about that, and she can’t seem to give me any type of resolution. Affinity Property Management is the most fraudulent and dishonest organization I have ever encountered! When I moved out, I spent a day making sure the place was perfectly clean. I cleaned windows inside and out, walls, oven, and everything. Then I bought paint (the same kind they use) and touched up the paint, re-painted kitchen cupboards, etc. I made sure everything was in top shape. There were no blinds when I moved in and for a whole year. Despite that, I went the extra mile with cleaning and painting which they charged me $900 for! I was sick to my stomach when I saw that they gave me fraudulent charges of $150 to clean, ++and $650 for paint and repairs. Needless to say, they did not actually repaint or clean. They ripped me off for $900 in fake charges. I tried calling them many ti

David was extremely helpful and informative. They didn’t have a property that suited my needs but he went out of his way to point me in the right direction. I was impressed with the professionalism and integrity exhibited. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Do not and I mean, do not rent from these people. I moved into my current house in April 2024 We had an amazing experience until about February 2025. We signed a new lease in April 2025 then they came to do a renewal inspection in June 2025 after we already signed a new lease. I’ve then went into the new site that they have us sign the leases through and we were locked out of our account then they gave me a 30 day for no reason at all today. My house is clean. It’s well maintained. I’ve submitted work order after work order and nothing gets completed. The house I live in is very old and the electrical system is extremely out of date. This house needs a lot of renovations and I’ve told them many times. I’d be happy to paint. I’d be happy to do repairs no response. I’ve had three different
