Affinity Management

I rented from Affinity Management for 3 years until I bought my house, and they were great to rent from! Always quick to respond and took care of any issues right away. Super easy to work with and made the whole process smooth. Definitely recommend them!

Our HOA was using Affinity in a management capacity. They seemed ok at first, but eventually stopped responding in a timely manner (if at all). Payment platforms constantly malfunctioning or changing without notice. Our fees weren't collected for several months. Our vendors were not being paid, and we just found out from our new mgmt company that our water bill had been paid late for almost a year, which accrued a lot of late fees. There are many more things to mention, but in short, I'm not sure what they were doing for us at all, aside from getting an extra paycheck. It seems like you're more likely to get a response from them if you post your complaints publicly. Can't speak for them as a rental agency, but if you're an HOA, I would advice against trusting them. This is my honest review. FIRSTLY, Upon arriving to the unit to view it, they tried to have me come another day to view the unit because they couldn’t get someone to come and I was already there. I paid for a ride to go there so I wasn’t going back due to their inconvenience. They eventually had someone come. They sent this same bald white guy who always came and said he was always called last minute to do repairs for them and that he actually didn’t work for them. I viewed the place with the idea that it would be cleaned and fixed upon me moving in the unit. Especially since I moved in a few weeks AFTER viewing the unit and they had it inspected. I also thought that the basic things like the dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc. would work fine.THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. Once I moved in I was 8 mon

I never write reviews! But this has been the roughest experience. This company had me stay in a unit specifically Briargate Condominium on Broad River Rd In Columbia, SC. Every maintenance issue took weeks to be looked at yet alone FIXED! When you call they will tell you the same thing over and over just to get you off the phone. The maintenance people they send are all contracted workers so they find out your issue, TRY to hire random workers with different companies and well.. you can only imagine how long that took. I was in a apartments for 3+ months with NO Central A/C! Unit being 90 degrees plus and I still had to pay full month's rent along with late fees! and got offered a hotel room ONE time at a RUN down hotel ! They will hang up in your face when your'e calling about your issues

Well just a bit disappointed a bit disappointed. Website says contact us before applying for home, but I can’t reach you all by phone. So I used the website contact info and requested the information for the property that way still no response. Are you all not looking to get your units leased? I have since found a home but I just don’t think you all should conduct business this way. - Marc
