Affinity at Round Rock

This is a beautiful community in a wonderful location. The residents are very welcoming and I enjoyed spending time getting to know them. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. It was such a pleasure spending a few days at Affinity at Round Rock, I hope to come back again!

Love living here. Have been here since 2019 and don’t plan on moving. The management team are great and there are plenty of activities. They just replaced all the windows and doors and painted the inside and outside of the building. Also cleaned all the carpeting. The place is like new. Everyone is very friendly!

I take rr rides and it would be nice if they would get seniors ready for their ride. I had to sit their wait and get them ready. If u are employee please be aware of them and get them ready for their ride. I could have been been late to work. It would be nice if care givers care and get the seniors ready

The new maintenance man is knowledgeable in what my issue was with my My ceiling fan and was able to solve the issue in a matter of five minutes. He was very polite and respectful.

We first got involved with Affinity at an open house at their Wells Branch location. We were very impressed with every aspect of the company from the high standard of the build quality, their philosophy on senior living, to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We immediately reserved an apartment and look forward to the completion of the Round Rock property in September 2018. They are currently hosting a variety of different events to promote the new location and I would definitely recommend Affinity to anyone interested in a 55+ independent lifestyle. 10/30/2018.
