⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience We had a terrible experience with Affiliated Title of Central Florida, Ltd. Our clients didn’t close on time—and neither did the sellers. There was no urgency, no apology, and no accountability from their team. Despite multiple written instructions from the buyer’s attorney, they’re now holding up the broker commission with no explanation. Communication was vague and dismissive throughout the process. If you value professionalism, clear communication, and timely closings, look elsewhere. I would not recommend working with this title company.
