Aero Apartments

The Community Manager Nicole is amazing and answered all questions we had. You can tell she loves her job and wants to make the community better. We’re excited to move into our new home at Aero. Tania made the application process seamless.

I don’t regularly make reviews, but I feel like this is something that has to be talked about. First off if you’re looking for a safe environment for your family or a comfortable place to live in, Aero apartments is not it. Multiple times we have seen homeless people walking around our apartment sometimes there is a homeless man sleeping under our stairwell using substances. We’ve recently come across an issue with our car being towed apparently the apartment complex doesn’t allow double car parking, yet when we first moved in Jasmine one of the office workers actually suggested it! You look around and you see there are multiple cars that are doing it and aren’t getting towed. Apparently this was known, but it’s the first time I’ve ever heard of it and we just got charged $500 to get our c

this apartment is really really clean! they really fixed up the gym and made it really nice!

This was a comfortable and peaceful place to live. The space is clean, and well maintained management has been responsive and professional especially Nicole, which makes day to day living smooth and stress free.

Place is unsafe. My Dad drove by here before and it is very unsafe. Constant shootings here. Would never rent an apt here. Good thing I never lived here.
