Aerie Happy Valley

Super clean grounds and beautiful apartments with fenced in backyards for any size dogs. There’s a 4 acre grassy dog park attached to the complex and it’s very quiet- again super clean. Updated workout room with cables, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbbells and lots of cardio machines. Amazing pool big enough for lap swimming or playing with the kids. All ages are welcome. It’s very safe with smart locks, gates and codes. Best thing if all is the free coffee machine in the office. Big library area for laptops, studying and reading.

I recently moved out after living at Aerie Happy Valley for two years. I thoroughly enjoyed my time as a resident. The community is small which I love. The office staff treated us residents so good. The community is also very quite which I enjoyed. The floor plans are spacious and I never had to ask them to do anything twice. Always open communication and when they missed your call even if you didn't leave a voice mail they would call back. Definitely would recommend any one to live here. All around a great community.

Wow what can I say about aerie happy valley that hasn’t already been said. I’ve lived in Arizona for over 2 years now and this has been the most seamless application process and living experience I’ve had! I absolutely love living here. It’s quiet, clean, and well taken care of. Maintenance is quick and efficient. The office staff is super helpful and always a pleasure to work with especially Staci! I plan on staying here for as long as possible! :)

I recently moved here from Denver to be with my wife. Truthfully, I was dreading leaving our yard, home with a pool, and of course out friends. While I do miss them, this is a lovely community. I am meeting people, enjoying the amenities and the staff, Chris, Stacy(i)? Chad and Luis. The neighbors are respectful and very nice, we’re getting to meet even more of them. Our dog is making friends at the (VERY) large dog park. The amenities are thoughtful and well maintained. I would recommend this to almost anyone (except people that I don’t like! 🤣)

I’ve been living at Aerie for a few months now and I love the community and the environment! Everyone at the front office is so kind and if there are concerns they are very attentive. It’s very clean, quiet, and all of the neighbors are very respectful. Definitely would recommend this property!!
