Our family was at a crossroads and were unsure of what the next steps were for a property that had been vacant since 2021. In July 2025, we had decided that we would rent the unit but we didn’t want to be a hands on landlord. After much research and a referral from a associate that has multiple properties managed by Advent Properties, we made the call and was pleased to connect with Bless McCrary! From the moment that we met her, we instantly felt relieved about turning over the unit as she felt like a member of our family. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring and responsive.
