Advenir at The Meadows

Staff is great, but the property is very run down. My appartment is facing the loop, and it is so loud, I have to wear earplugs to sleep. The laundry room is a mess, filthy, the washers and dryers are nasty as well. They don't water the grass, so it's just all dirt. The apartments are really old, they put fake wood floors in, but didn't lower the base boards, see in the photos. I can't wait for my lease to end so I can move. They also have hidden fees, so the price you see advertised, isn't the price you pay. If you just can't find anywhere else to live, I guess it's OK, b I t, the noise alone makes me crazy...literally so loud you can't concentrate. Horrible.......this place should be 700 max........its 1200.....and, the thermostat only goes down to 70..why? Oh, and my hot water runs out

I honestly feel like this place deserves an updated, positive review. Before moving in, everything already looked solid on paper, but actually stepping into the apartment surprised me in the best way. The space is huge for the price, the layout is practical, and it feels open and comfortable. For what I'm paying, this is one of the best value apartments I've seen, and I would genuinely choose this over many more expensive options without hesitation. The price point is excellent, especially considering how spacious the unit is. Yes, like any apartment at this range, there are a few small trade-offs, but nothing unreasonable or unexpected. Honestly move in day was a little tough but the amazing ladies in the office got everything situated super quick. Delilah made the process so much easier for us given us living 8 hours away. Answered all of our questions and above all showed she cared. Wonderful staff Delilah is wonderful so sweet and definitely cares about her job and is amazing at it.

My experience at Advenir at the Meadows was absolutely wonderful, thanks to Kayla! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a kind and welcoming attitude. The process of getting into the townhouse was so quick and effortless. Delilah has been an amazing help to my husband and I quickly answering any questions and going out of her way to call us to verify how we want things to go she is amazing and if you want to dodge headaches I’d make sure to recommend her to help you out. Locks were quickly changed and gave us new keys giving us peace of mind for our security in the home. From the pools to the office to the outside yard maintenance it was all clean and looked great ! We are new to move in and if there are any differences to what I said later I will edit my review but as of now I am extremely pleasantly surprised and would recommend at the meadows to anyone looking, rates can be a bit pricy but we are in midland.
