Be very careful to read the small print in the leasing contract. While “no deposit” may sound like a benefit, it will come back to you at the move-out. When I moved out, the apartment was intact and extremely clean; honestly cleaner than when it was originally handed over to me. All outstanding balances had been paid. Despite this, days after moving out I was charged $559.09. The charges included water and trash valet fees from prior months that had already been paid, as well as additional cleaning fees and carpet replacement. Be careful renting here, they do not care about anything but to take your month and slap hidden fees in your rent over the months. Front office is a complete joke, not to mention the gates are always broken and half the time they don’t even open so residents can’t leave nor get in. Courtesy officer? A joke doesn’t answer at all, overall save yourself the headache and don’t rent here. When I moved in my apartment was completely trashed and very dirty as well, just a heads up!

We’ve lived here for 3 years and have had so many memories here. It feels like home and is bittersweet to be leaving. Thank you for making a safe place, thanks to the maintenance team for always being helpful and saying hi whenever we pass by, and thanks to the office staff for always being kind and friendly. Went in to look for an apartment and loved the service from the front office ! Natalie was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. Everyone is so nice and thank you for your help.

Lisa is the worst!!! They WILL overcharge you when you move out. There are so many hidden fees, and management is very difficult with answering questions or they gaslight the residents. This was the worst complex in terms of working with reside on top of all the hidden fees. Jetty is terrible it’s to protect the complex not the resident. Management is bad at communicating especially if they are in the wrong and will charge you a lot of money for move out despite it being normal wear and tear. Management takes no accountability for their mistakes especially Lisa. Lisa should not have her job she needs to work in something that doesn’t do customer service like a fry cook at Golden Corral would be perfect for her expertise. Lisa should be fired.
