I went there to visit my daughter and it is ridiculous how they treat their tenants. The water heater malfunctioned and needed repair/replacement. There was a gas leak and water leak. The maintenance put a bandaid on the leaking pipes. The water bill and gas bill tripled. Piedmont Natural Gas turned the gas off because it was unsafe. The apartment maintenance sealed the gas leak but not the water leak. The water continues to leak outside the building and her water bill is enormous. The management does nothing. These are ramshakle apartments they call luxury. I laughed and almost peed my pants when I saw the apartment website picture and compared it to the actual grounds. These large corporations are ripping people off by charging an enormous amount of rent but can't afford to replace

My honest review based on recent experience ….ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! MOLD AND MILDEW TRAPPED UNDER TILES AND CARPET IN A LOT OF UNITS!!! My fiance & I haven't even been here a week & we are breaking our lease and contacting all the health departments. Amber, the manager does not give a damn about you or your safety. She gets paid regardless. She will lie and say she did a whole inspection walk through and never do it. Even though it’s in her job description and by law.. Then lie and say you have no right to see the inspection/clean/safety list for your unit.(such a joke) Then act as if you're crazy for finding mold, mildew stains, mold and water build up beneath tiles, lie to you about having a standard toilet when a little kid can barely fit on it, leave left over mu

WARNING: YOU WILL GET SICK HERE (Unsafe Living Conditions and Poor Upper Management) My husband and I rented an apartment here and had the worst living experience imaginable. We 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND living here at all. We had to terminate our lease early due to leaks in the bathroom ceiling and laundry room, which led to a mold infestation. Given that I was pregnant at the time, we quickly signed a notice to vacate to protect our newborn baby from potential illness. We requested manager Amber Short to not penalize us for terminating the lease, as the mold posed a safety hazard, particularly for our baby. Amber called my husband and asked him to write an email requesting a waiver of the penalty so she could present it to her boss. However, Amber was very intimidating throughout the proc

I want to express my frustration with the maintenance service at Advenir at Adams Farm. I’ve been dealing with issues in my apartment for over eight days, specifically with the stove, and despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, I still haven’t received a solution. It’s really inconvenient to live without something so essential, and the lack of timely response from management is very disappointing. Have any other residents experienced the same problem? I believe we all deserve faster and more efficient service, especially considering the amount we pay to live here.

The apartment itself is OK, but trying to get anyone to communicate with you is like pulling teeth. Don’t bother leaving the front office a voicemail because they never call you back. If you submit a request for maintenance you better hope it’s not an emergency because it’ll still take them 5+ days to come out to fix the problem. I have never had this many issues living somewhere. Leaks, mold, AC problems, you name it. The only way I would renew my lease after this is if it was my absolute last option.
