Cayla was phenomenal. Broke everything down in laymen terms. She noticed there were some things missing on our closing documents that came from the lender. She was all over it and had it handled before I got to the office to close. She made sure I understood everything prior to moving forward. I’ve never purchased a home in AR and there were a few things that were different from Idaho. She was patient and made sure I was 100% comfortable before moving forward.
