By far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. The staff/property managers are inexcusable unprofessional and unproductive. We warned them multiple times of violations of housing including shared meters for heat and electricity and are now dealing with sanitation code violations with bostons city hall. The staff do not care and do not want to help. The company itself is a wreck and a joke. Do not rent with this company, it’s a headache.

I called this company to submit an offer to a house in Dorchester and I was not able to. Talked 3 times with a lady and Everytime was an excuse. I left my phone number and name but the listing agent never call.
