I had the pleasure of renting this condo for a year and three months, and it was incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful, and there’s laundry facilities on-site. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, and the internet and cable were included. The condo is conveniently located near Whispering Pines, Southern Pines, and Carthage. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend! I had the pleasure of doing business with this company! Brian and Deborah! It was just by accident that we seen this property and I just had such an at home feeling! When I went the tenants have such a one-on-one experience that they come by the office and check on them and tell them about how their family members are ask for prayers telling how they are doing , I loved it! I went and looked at other places, and I didn’t feel that personal feeling! Very clean! Very professional and friendly! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! I will be recommending and sharing!

All workers at Little River are amazing maintenance has always made us feel so welcome by working so hard to get things done right when we text them, me and my roommates personally do not use house keeping but anytime I see them in the hallways they always say hi and ask if we need anything. Today I called maintenance to come fix our sink within 2 hours it was fixed and he also went ahead and fixed the light bulbs in every room without us asking and the lights are so much better now. I love living here, it’s so amazing.
