Advanced Property Management Services

Absolutely worthless! Advanced Property Management allows non residents to park tagless vehicles at Mapleleaf Villas guest parking lot. I told the property manager about this and his answer was I will respond soon as possible. That was a week ago. I got the vehicle out of there myself. The next time I will have Code Enforcement do it. Completely unprofessional and non responsive. I don’t like to complain but this is too much to ignore.

Special treatment going on for upper floor unit (ie the get to park in unsold garage spaces, flooring sub told me he was mad he had to fix their flooring due to owners neglect but when my carpet was stained by workman I was told not their problem) stairwell lights were out for weeks (code violation) PM entered my private foyer area on numerous occasions wo any notice - I couldn’t get an Uber through the gate but he could come into my private foyer and to my unit door? I had to file a police report to make it stop! Alarms constantly going off (and I am there less than 25% of the time!) and door fobs keys don’t work..that’s just a partial list- it’s terrible

Our community just started with this company after a terrible experience with another but I am not impressed so far. They cannot even manage to produce a working gate pass. Their office is extremely inconvenient to access and they operate old school requiring you to come to the office to obtain a gate pass. The staff lacked knowledge about how to even perform such a simple task. Our community's grass is crunchy and dead and our community looks terrible compared to neighboring ones. Staff is extrremely nonresponsive, rude and unprofessional.

APMS manage my HOA. I am a board member and work very closely with the management team. They are courteous and work to solve problems quickly and correctly. They enforce community rules and are open to feedback when necessary. If you are searching for a new management company, I highly recommend them.

They are under new management. I have never had an issue with this company. They always get back to me in a timely manner. I rarely need to contact them but when I do the question or issue is handled quickly and clearly. I'd recommend them if you are looking for property management.
