Adobe Springs Apartments

I've been a resident here for over 10 years. It really is a great place to live. Great location, good pricing, incredible staff. Everyone I've dealt with in the leasing office has been amazing. Top notch maintenance crew, Danny rocks! Maggie, Stacy, Nelly,. I know I'm forgetting someone...... But yes, this is definitely a gem of a property!

Don't live here. It's bad. The parking is terrible even for economy sized cars. There are tons of bugs. The building is old and the walls are thin, so the nights are noisy (music and devices mostly). The ceilings squeak so you will always know where your upstairs neighbors are. The adjoining walls also allow odors that show up mostly in warm months, so for Houston that's almost year-round. The faucets leak and there are gaps everywhere in your walls and floors (for the bugs, obviously). The rent ain't too bad for the square footage but you also paying for odors, so the additional cost of chlorine spray may offset your savings. The stoves don't all work the same way, so you'll have to figure out through trial-and-error which burner is the good one. The AC cools pretty well, but people will

We have been living here for several years. What I like about this complex is the quietness. All staff is friendly and our schedule maintenance request are pretty much answered promptly. They offer monthly specials and smooth transition into your new home.

This is my first apartment and feel so excited and prepped to go in thanks to Maggie and Nelly and their exceptional service . They were great at explaining everything to me as a first time owner and extremely helpful at making me comfortable and confident to make my decision on my first home !

The 4 years Ive been here I can say that the Management has been consistent, and has improved the property. Thus, changing the culture of what it used to be for the better. Great job Nelly.
