Admiral Apartments

This is actually sad how you guys scam people. My apartment was not in livable conditions on my move in date.. it’s been a week and my a/c still isn’t fixed. I had to pay the pet fee and my pet can’t even move in with me because it’s constantly 81+ degrees in here. They installed an a/c unit in the windows and my room STINKS because of it. It’s also not safe, but the bugs love the easy access. There’s a hole in my wall, my mirror is broken, and the bathroom was FILTHY. They left an orange bucket filled with dirt, rust, and whatever else that was in there. When I tried cleaning it, it left a brown stain on my toilet (looks crazy I’m sure you could imagine). The maintenance man at our apartment complex I believe his name is Andres is always extremely polite, professional, and efficient. Every time I’ve needed help, he responds quickly and gets the job done right the first time. It’s clear he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. We’re very lucky to have someone as excellent and respectful as Andres on the maintenance team. I look forward to renewing next year!

I have lived at the apartments for a little over a year now. I love it here!! The manager helps with any questions. office staff is amazing and the maintenance workers are friendly. zero complaints so far. I def plan to continue my stay. :)

I keep finding charges thay seem to be made up on the spot. I have things thay keep breaking and a toilet I am now afraid on sinking into the floor. When I was about to move in my unit changed 3 times which made things a hassle with the post office. I have looked over my lease multiple times and no where in it can I find what happens when you break a lease early. Says you can do it but no amount written there. Neighbors warned me about the poor conditions. The things in my unit looks like heavy domestic abuse took place and the fix jobs not great. They dont have individual water units so even if you yourself dont use much water you pay for everyone else's heavy water use. Okay, my honest thought: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! From the front office to maintenance, to the apartment, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!! Infestation is out of control. Front office won't believe you and think it's you attracting them until they eyes see it for themselves of where it's truly coming from. There so much bad things happened here, including being evicted while not being under contract. Take it from an experienced person...Please do not consider moving here. I was being nice before about 5 star rating for Tava B at the front office because she requested it, but my review on the whole management and apartment complex is a ZERO Star.
