Been living here for almost a year and I must say this apartment complex is very beautiful! The staff that work here you can tell that they care and they are very friendly. Everything in my apartment is updated and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my place. Also we’re very close to everything driving distance you can’t beat that. This neighborhood is very kid friendly and pet friendly which I love. This should be everyone first stop to make your home.

I lived at this property for one year and, after deciding to renew and stay, I signed a new lease. Two days before my scheduled move-in—after the contract was already signed—I received a call informing me that the apartment was not ready. As a result, I was forced to wait for hours in my car with my dogs, entirely at my own expense, due to the property’s lack of preparation and communication. On the day I re-signed the contract, the leasing office claimed they were experiencing system issues. When the leasing agent was finally able to access the lease, I was rushed into signing with no opportunity to properly review it. Three weeks later, I discovered that the rent had been increased and additional charges were added, all while management claimed they were “trying to find a solution.” To

Recently, we had an issue with our unit that required maintenance. The team was quick to respond and ended up having to replace our A/C unit. The process was handled in a swift and efficiently, minimizing as much inconvenience as possible for us. They were open and honest and stayed in communication with us the entire time. I never felt like I was in the dark with what was happening next. What stood out to us was their thoughtfulness during this process. Adiamo’s palm valley apartments are the apartments to live at if you want to have a safe place to call home. The people in the office are wonderful. The community is great! Amenities are amazing. Please check them out if you’re ready to find your next home sweet home.

They will keep your deposit and charge you extra fees at move out to make you owe them I cleaned everything and they still said I owed, i even suspect pictures of the wrong unit was uploaded make sure to do a walk through with them they will try to talk you out of it. overall its a nice complex but they are strict about noise I played music for 30 mins while cooking at 7 and I had security knocking on my door
