Adela at Orange Blossom

Adela has been a great place to live. The staff here care. They are prompt and thorough whenever we have needed to communicate. Everything from the management to the service teams have been nothing short of incredible. Beatriz and Jasmine (I apologize if I’ve gotten the wrong name) both demonstrate the highest form of customer service. They are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond do not go unnoticed. Our community is better because of them. Anthony, the maintenance supervisor, deserves recognition as well. We toured the townhouses at Adela at Orange Blossom, and it was a great experience. The community is well maintained, clean, and feels welcoming. The townhouses are spacious and thoughtfully designed. Abby was wonderful! She was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took her time showing us around and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Overall, a very positive experience and a place we would definitely consider.

The new community is beautiful. My husband and I visited on Monday, November 10th to explore it, and the Property Manager, Mrs. Beatriz Guirola, was exceptionally helpful in showing us the property. I was quite ready to apply for one of the townhouses. We are very grateful to Mrs. Guirola for assisting us in choosing a wonderful place to live.

I submitted a rental application almost two weeks ago and still have not heard back from the leasing team. I have tried calling and emailing countless times and have not heard back from anyone. I’ve tried getting in direct contact with the community manager, Beatriz Guirola, but the calls go straight to voicemail. Others have left similar reviews which leads me to believe this is typical behavior from the team at Adela.
