Addison Ridge Phase 2

I have lived here in a first floor apart since Jun 2024. I love it here. The people are great and the amenities are unmatched. However, the first time we had a hard rain, my apartment flooded through the front door. Water was coming in from under the floor boards. You would step on the hardwood and water would come rushing up. This happened every time it rained, despite reporting it several times and having maintenance come suction out the water with a shop vac and throwing some sand bags in front of my door for months. It was so frustrating, i was looking for other apartments to move to. Until this last time, last month, I finally spoke to Ms. Latoya Pretty, property manager, about it. She had remembered me from last year and was told it was resolved. When she realized it wasn't, she took

Beautiful complex with security. Also, wonderful pool and exercise facilities.

Very upscale and clean neighborhood. Pleasant place to live or visit.

I love this place! The gym and pool are amazing!

Loved staying here...hopefully I will return!
