I had a great experience with Sarah during my recent visit. I was able to walk in and quickly complete an addendum to my lease without any issues, which made the process smooth and stress free. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly well organized as everything took less than 10 minutes . What stood out most was her customer service, she naturally sparked conversation and kept the interaction lively while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. It made what could have been a routine task feel welcoming and positive. I truly appreciate her helpfulness and professionalism and would recommend working with her to anyone in the community.

Okay first of all I LOVE OUR APARTMENT & the staff! Sarah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from her personality to her urgency in helping us find what we wanted and what we loved. She spent so much time following up, and paying attention to what we needed as renters to ensure we chose the correct floor plan! I LOVE HER DOWN!!

Abigail was so amazing! She is so kind and has been so patient with us through our entire application process. She has been working with our busy schedules to help us and every time we see her she greets us with a big smile and is so genuine. She gave us an amazing tour of the property and was very knowledgeable and quick to help us, or answer any questions we had! We couldn’t recommend her more!

Abigail was the perfect host she kept me laughing and kept the tour very real and honest! I’m excited to start my adventure in north Carolina and happy she was the one to tour me around I had a blast and everything is so nice from the amenities to the apartments themselves! I’ve truly enjoyed my three years and counting living at Addison Ridge Apartment Homes in Fayetteville. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like home. What really makes Addison Ridge stand out is the exceptional management—especially Laina Boland, the Assistant Property Manager. Laina is absolutely amazing, professional, responsive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help my daughter, myself and her residents. Her dedication and positive attitude make a huge difference, and she’s one of the main reasons my experience here has been so great.
