Addison Bank & Trust

My Company Bone Roofing Supply uses this bank, and we can't say enough about how wonderful they are. Our manager Gary goes there quite regularly, and he has had nothing but good things to say. When you walk in greeted by nothing but smiles and friendliness, they are efficient and a great place to do banking.

In my 20+ years in business, my company has used a few banks. This bank is by far the best. They are always attentive to our needs, the bankers always go above and beyond to solve any issues that ever arise. I highly recommend them for business and personal banking needs.

If you can bypass this bank do so. There is an older blonde teller who is the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with at a bank. Doing her job is an obvious inconvenience to her. Also, don't you dare show up to the bank before it opens because she is apparently the security guard as well and will verbally assault you to leave. She gets off on being rude, you can tell by the crazed smile she wears while doing it.

I have and have had well over 20 different institutions for checking accounts, even ones at the "same bank", (different charter). I have never experienced such a helpful manager. Ita Reilly is very customer focused and has put in the extra effort and taken the time to explain in detail every question I posed, as well as providing helpful information navigating the bank's processes and procedures. When I asked questions not common knowledge, she followed up after talking to the appropriate people, and really went the extra mile by following up on my new account, to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend this branch for your banking needs.
