Addison Apartments

im leaving this review only to address others reviews- your place is getting all these “strange” reviews like “there was a mass killing” etc. which you reply to as “that never happened” or “you have the wrong place” these reviews are actually addressing a video game called Sally face, because the apartments in the game are called Addison Apartments. All the stuff people write in the reviews are what happened in the game.That’s why those strange reviews keep coming in. Your place is getting this attention cause of the game! How cool is that?

Met some great friends there! Had to move after my friend punched this homophobic dude named Travis at school. My dad still takes me to visit Mr fisher sometimes. Great dude his son’s real nice too!

The manager is extremely unprofessional and nasty. The apartments are very old. So old that my work computer kept cutting off due to the out dated wiring in for the apt. The paint over holes left by the last tenet then try to charge you. The so called security doors can easily be opened with credit cards sliding down the doors. They tried to charge me $35 dollars to replace the smoke alarm battery. I was the only African American in the building and since the locked door is easily opened a homeless African American man kept getting in the building sleeping. I received an email saying he was my company and I didn’t know the man and I was the person who reported it. The neighbors report everything to management and management tends to listen without investigation. Don’t do it. It’s not safe

The so called management is unprofessional. Can't even show up for s scheduled appointment on time.. They charge all kinds of fees before you are even approved for an apartment. And then, if there's an issue with your application they don't have the courtesy to contact you with a valid explanation. They make excuses that there to busy and will try to contact you but they just don't want to do there job. Our rental history is great and our combined income is 80,000 a year but yet we were not approved. Good luck in getting anyone in your buildings. They are old buildings with outdated appliances, kitchens, and floors. And have loud barking dogs, and people throwing all night parties.

These apartments literally charges fees for everything. We got a notice saying that they are coming around checking smoke detectors and if the batteries are dead they'll charge $7 to replace the battery and If they don't have any batteries on them and have to come back they'll charge $72. Y'all are really just out here taking people's money. Oh and they also charging $72 for the first broken blind and then $35per blind after that. That is Ridiculous like they're truly about taking people's money. And they deleted all those terrible 1 star views they had on here before that were recent and within the last year or so. I plan on moving by the end of my lease or I might have to leave sooner than that because they really don't care about what they are charging their tenants for and the buildi
