I live at Woodridge Apts in Jackson Ms. I have been without Air Conditioning since Tuesday. I have spoken with Mgmt, called Corporate office Several times and sent an email. It's like my complaint, has fallen on deaf ears. Nothing done yet. I pay rent faithfully. But that doesn't seem to matter. I am sure, if I didn't pay my rent you wouldn't hesitate one second about putting a notice on my door. Again, I wonder if/when the Air Conditioner will be fixed.

So had issue with stove. Bugs in control panel. Sent work order in on about march 6th. No one came to look at it. On march 20 wife turned oven on heard a big pop stove went dead. I sent email that evening. Friday morn never heard anything about stove. So i went to office to find out ehat they were doing. I told lady at front about turning in work order. She said she closed it out giving to exterminator. Then said be monday hopefully replace unit so i said i have to go whole wedkend with no stove. Then she says exterminator cant do anything with stove. Pretty stupid there. She had no business closing work order. She should be fired.So i later friday manager emails a new stove came in friday and would replace that day. They LIED. So promised monday. MORE LIES. Finalky got stove tuesday. Went

It's an awesome place to live, I live in long beach square one of their apartments on the coast nice and quiet. The property is always clean. My one bedroom was huge for me. Lots and lots and lots of closet space with a walk in. Management is very nice and they will work with you. 24 hr laundry that you can pay for with an app and you can pay your rent online. Pest control comes once a month. Every apartment has a patio or balcony. Few downsides... Garbage is at the back of apartment complex for everyone and people with dogs don't always pick up their mess. During the summer the pool area is loud. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

Just doing some research for a former employee of mine that was considering working for this property management company. I read about employees and residents that live in properties they managed and provided my former employee exactly what I discovered and gave her instruction in where to see what I saw so she can determine if this company is an option being she has other options in another direction. Not many people call their prior boss and would respect their findings so I believe this shows we work well together and the impression I leave on employees. I haven't checked back to find out the direction she went but I do wish her the best. I also encourage others to read Google reviews at the very least research company before signing on to make sure the company culture is aligned with y

My friend and I went to apply for the Singing River Apartments in Gautier Ms. We paid 50 dollars for the application and 14 dollars for the fee, plus we gave 300 dollars as a deposit. Before the decision came out, if the apartment was approved, my friend canceled the application. application because he no longer wanted to move there...we know that singing river apartment they keep the money from the application.but they want to give me the deposit in 45 days...that is a robbery I need the money now not in 45 days. That company is useless, they are thieves. I'm going to sue.
