Adara at Totem Lake

I wanted to leave a heartfelt thank you to Alyssa at Adara at Totem Lake. When I came by for a tour, she was literally on her way out for the day but still took the time to stay behind and show me the community — that really meant a lot. The space itself was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and had such a welcoming feel. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the property and the resident experience. I honestly would have loved to move there, but I ultimately needed to find something closer to my child’s daycare. I’m truly grateful for Alyssa’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking — you’ll be in great hands.

I toured Adara at Totem Lake recently and had a great experience. The leasing staff was super friendly, the courtyard is open and has a nice grilling area for parties, and the amenities were clean and well kept, especially the gym and lounge. It’s also really close to the lake. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking in the area.

Beautiful place. The gym is huge, the coffee is on point. The place is very quiet, likely since it's so new and only a few neighbors have moved in so far. Ladies in the office were kind and helpful. Nice having a private parking garage.

Before deciding to live here, I checked the Better Business Bureau rating and was shocked to find the property management has an F rating. The management has failed to respond to over 100 complaints and left dozens unresolved. That says a lot about how they handle tenant concerns and customer service.
