Jessica gave me a tour on Thursday and I personally very happy with the experience. I’m planning to move in around October but still waiting for the right unit. She showed me 2 units and patiently answered all of my questions. I love the layout and everything looks fresh in this building! Looking forward to move in here soon.

Awful experience. Call box has never worked and never will. FOB reader has malfunction multiple times, rendering me locked out of the building. Same stains on the carpet in common areas since I've moved in. The number listed on the door for the office is a dead number. I'm always met with an attitude when I can Arboreal management to get help with their property that's causing the problem. Over priced for what you get. I moved into an apartment that had water falling out of the light sockets that took 6+ weeks to fix. The locker for the packages is an absolute joke and ive had multiple packages held hostage for months since I was never properly set up when I moved in. The lost goes on. You can ABSOLUTELY find a better place at this price. Not worth it.

New Management, a lot of good changes in past 3 months, very friendly on-site staff; great location, beautiful units, felt safe and secure in common areas, appreciate the package lockers! I have lived in the neighborhood for nearly 2 years. In that time, the fire department has been called out to this property at least 30 times for broken fire alarms. During one summer month, I would estimate that the alarm was triggered at least once per week (usually at night, to boot). I will routinely look outside my window and see the residents of this building having to evacuate and wait for the firemen to come reset their alarm. I have no idea how this sort of behavior is not being sanctioned in any way. It seems like the landlords truly do not care at all about the welfare of their residents. Update: four months later and the alarm still goes off. Currently it is midnight on a Friday on all the residents are sitting on the street waiting for the fire department to come turn off the

I wanted to like this place but it has so many issues. Walls have no insulation I can hear every thing my neighbors do. It's $75 if you get locked out and it could be up to a 3 hour wait to get let in. Even though your lease will say they gave you 2 keys and a mailbox key you only will get one and if you ask about the second key you get this story that makes zero since. I think they don't give the second because they make so much money off lockouts. I gave 2 stars because the staff are super nice. It's not their fault the place is poorly put together and way over priced. I wish I could get out of my lease.
