Adams Ridge | Hubble Homes

We got our home in 2020 and this has been happening since the first year. All of the community has drainage issues, I've been sending emails and emails and they don't do anything about this. There is a Facebook group community full of pictures of their backyards just like this and worst! Think twice if you are interested in buying Hubble Homes.

I love living here. I have an amazing home that I am so thankful for, great neighbors and a nice gym. Everyone has been so responsive and so helpful.

Unfortunately i have to give a star in order to leave a review but DO NOT BUY at adams ridge, they have huge flooding issues and they won't take responsibility or answer any emails, this happens every year. My kids playground is rotting already.

Drainage and grading doesn't seem to be Hubbles strong suit. The homes are good but a claim was filed and answer was (paraphrased), "if it drains 24-48 hours after rain, it's the acceptable risk." Not really a good answer to me.

Bought a Hubble home I still live in at the start of COVID. We had water issues immediately in the crawl space. I reported it a couple of times during the warranty period and was told it’s normal and isn’t an issue. I got a lecture about how it’s new build issue and once the soil is established I won’t see it after a few years. 4-5 years later it’s just as bad and is damaging the insulation and making the exposed wood damp. I tired to get Hubble to help make the right… Hubble doesn’t care since they got me to not worry about it during the warranty periods. Otherwise it’s a mostly solid home. If it weren’t for the water maybe 3.5 stars out of five.
