I had seen a listing on Zillow for a property on Portland. I had immediately applied and called the lady who had made the ( Elise) She was very sweet on the phone and very helpful at the time. Walked me through the application process very well and was very informative. She called on a Friday setting up a viewing appointment that next Wednesday for a property. I was very excited about since I’m trying to move out of a really bad living situation. (She had also knew about the situation and I was very transparent about that) Come the day of the showing, I had already had my sold a bunch of my things to try and be able to afford First rent and deposit By February 1, So I was really anticipating just viewing the place and seeing what it looked like Since I had a SCHEDULED Appointment to view t

I've been a tenant for 9 years now and been treated fairly and well taken care of by Adam's management! They have always been willing to work with me when life threw a curve ball! Love my apartment and the neighborhood I live in. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I used Adams Property Management to rent-out our house for a year. An excellent management company that owns many nice buildings, several of which are the old brick historical buildings. I been renting with them for over five years now, Elise and Peter are both attentive and professional to deal with any tenant needs.

I’ve had a leaking ceiling for over a year and they’ve never fixed it. Incredibly unhelpful.
