Adams House Apartments

Won't say nothing. Pictures speak louder than words. I've been living here for too long, faithfully paying rent. This is not acceptable. No trash pickup for the whole month of January 2026!

Edit: July 29th, 2025.... found a bed bug crawling across my ceiling and have been getting bit for weeks by what I thought was spiders but now I'm pretty sure are bed bugs. Mashed them, put them in a bag and took it to the rent office. TERRIBLE. THEY KEEP SWITCHING MANAGEMENT COMPANIES AND OWNERS TO AVOID ACCOUNTABILITY AND LAWSUITS! The property management staff is awesome. The improvements and community engagement is vital to the development and success in underserved communities.

They have bud bugs!!! The people downstairs from me has a infestation of bed bugs. Instead of management fixing this issue since Feb 2025 they continue to let the bugs get into other people apartments due to their neglectful nature. Now it's almost may! And I'm about to break my lease because I can't risk my kids and I to continue to go through this. I reached out to management multiple times, the city of Atlanta and the health department. At this point I'm contacting the NEWs! This is getting outta hand please don't move here. Slum lords!!!!

They services is very poor. The rent does not match there services for the people. I had to pay for my own keys with my first key should’ve been from them and it should be free.
