We love our house the style of the home. But the community is not the best. Before we moved in it looked like it was going to be a beautiful community but over time seems to be running down. The HOA does not take care of it whatsoever… they fail to contact you back. You pay yearly $500-$600 for upkeep and they fail to do anything with it. We have had potholes constantly in the community roads that they refuse to fill PROPERLY. There’s at least 3 BIG potholes in the whole community and all they do is put a cone in one like that’s going to solve the problem. Just overall terrible management. If they had different HOA management I feel that this place could be much nicer. If we could go back.. probably wouldn’t purchase this house just because the community sucks that bad.

It has been a pleasure working with the ladies at Adams Home for the purchase of our new home. Sarah was great to work with from the beginning of the application process up until our closing. She was very professional, friendly and amazing to work with. The homes are very beautiful and the community is quiet and steadily growing. I would definitely recommend Adams Home if you're in the market for a home.

Purchase and closing went very smooth . The home we purchased is very well built and we love the area. Very quiet only issue is the train crossings but if you don't mind driving q bit you can bypass that problem by going Imeson to Pritchard . Staff was very helpful , knowledgeable, and friendly . Andrea did a fine job explaining the process and property manager Joe was great on settling a small issue

The associates at Adams Homes are tremendous! They welcomed me with open arms from day one like I was family. The professionalism they displayed was off the charts. I would absolutely recommend Adams Homes to any one looking to purchase a home.
