Well I have lived in one of these for about a year. Beautiful home. However there are plenty of things that were extremely half assed. I’m no homebuilder but some of these things make me wonder. Very poor workmanship for the price of this brand new home. “1 year warranty”……. good luck getting ahold of someone to get the warrantied jobs done. If I could do it over again I would NOT buy a home from Adam’s Homes.
