Edited to add: 3/8/26 and we have still NOT received our $1,000 refundable deposit. Phone calls unanswered. General manager still hasn’t returned our call. WHERE IS THE OVERSIGHT OF THIS COMPANY? We truly believed our dream home was going to be with Adam’s Homes. From day one, we met our realtor in the model home, who was attentive, detail-oriented, hardworking, and a strong advocate for us. He went above and beyond and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. For the last seven months, we were taken on a constant roller coaster. Every month, we were asked to drive out to look at different lots and were repeatedly told they were going to build that specific lot with our chosen floor plan. We bought a new build two years ago and it came with a year warranty. We submitted 2 work orders before our year ended as up and we are still, a year later awaiting repairs. Mechelle at the warranty email got our names & address wrong before and I keep sending messages and she says someone will contact me but they don’t. I asked for corporates phone number or email address and she messages me saying someone would contact me Friday or Monday and that was a week and a half ago. The home quality is not the greatest and the electric is TERRIBLE!! (My friend bought a new build this year and is also having electrical issues.)

If you like mold, bad quality materials (woods), the worst customer service this is your ideal company. Not only offers a bad experience, they also don't care about future owners complaints. If you live in Palm Coast and have plans to build a home with " this people" do it at your own risk. If you already started a process I suggest you to visit the construction daily. If you have to deal with the project manager " David" good luck. The only trusted person is a guy name Jason, other employees needs to learn a lot from him and i am taking about HONESTY.

Adams homes are beautiful. There brick homes are exterior maintenance free. And the price for this 2265 ft home is at a excellent price. And there are alot of good features to there homes. And the staff is wonderful very professional and they aren't pushy they let you choose what you want.

They don't care about the cleanliness of their homesites during construction. We have complained multiple times about trash and debris from the homesite on our street and have gotten no response at all. Meanwhile, we have to clean trash from them every time the wind blows and after the last rain we had broken wood and other garbage from the pile of junk near their dumpster all over our neighborhood.
