I closed on my house December 2025 and after I closed I’ve found that certain doors don’t close correctly and there was a giant hole behind the stove I pulled the bottom drawer to sweep under the stove and found a giant hole behind my stove next to my 220 electric plug that was hidden from me when I was looking at the house their was baseboards that were damaged and painted over trying to hide the damage and paint on the carpet in multiple places the faucets in the guest bathroom sounded like there was sand in them when turning them on or off and the toilet paper holders they have installed in my master bathroom were loose on the wall when I moved in and they used touch up paint on the cabinets that have knicks and damage and the countertop in the kitchen isn’t square to the stove and the

Beware if you see Adams Homes building next to your property. They will intrude on your property while clearing the land leaving large 2ft holes, throw their construction debris on your property, steal cones off your property, store septic field equipment on your property, and run over young trees with heavy machinery. They will continue despite receiving reasonable requests and several warnings. Totally unprofessional.
