Do I even have to give 1 star? The measure of a company is not the mistakes it makes but what (and how quickly) it does to correct its mistakes. Adams Homes does NOT measure up. Adams, you could have avoided all this bad publicity if you had responded to Ethan/BrittNy first call of their flooded home. It flooded because of a crushed septic pipe which happened during the final grading of the yard. All you had to do was own the mistake and fix the damage caused by it. Fairly small amount of damage at that point. But no, there was a second flood and then a third flood, making oh so much more damage. All because you failed to rectify the first problem. Now there is floor, wall, furniture, cabinet damage - all avoidable. Now you want them to wait until you get compensated by the septic people?

This is specific to the Sebastian location. We stopped by the model, cash in hand ready to buy or begin building. The agent answered the door. Said she was in a meeting and that was ok. We asked when we could come back and she said - I’m leaving early today. We asked for material and described the pre construction design we saw the day before and she said she did not know what we were talking about. Told her they were their homes because of the signs posted and there were two houses side-by-side they were building and still did not seem to know what we were talking about. Address of new home 950 Carver road Palm Bay FLA . 9 months into this job and now their telling me like 2 more months . They basically have a terrible scheduling problem my either their job corrdincoor or their production managent. All the years of my construction trade I have never seen a schedule 2- 3 months out. I hope and pray that it gets better . So far I am not impressed even a little bit. I will be updating my review as this progrees. Things could change for the better imI hoping. Update as of 4/14 the trim has been installed according to the project supervisor the painting will be done on Wednesday 4/17 and cabinets installed on 4/18- 4/19? Update it is 4/17 the day I was told the painting was scheduled for well it did not happen.

Complete crooks. Signed a contract in January of 2021, which included starting the sale of our previous home within 75 days of signing the contract. We were told numerous times that Adams was going to honor their contract no matter what, but they told us that because of permitting delays it was taking longer than expected. As of March 2022, the house was still not completed and then Adams did exactly what they said they wouldn't do. They informed us by email that we must either cancel our contract or they would be raising the price by $45,000. I tried to get answers about where in the contract they could cancel or increase the price this far along. They keep giving me the run around on the contract saying it was this or that. Purchased a Adams Home 4/2021. So unsatisfied with quality and workmanship. 1. Carpet is uneven/ bumps in MANY areas of the house. And nails sticking up where vinyl and carpet meet. Have contacted Warranty department- no help, no plan to resolve issue. 2. Paint overspray on flooring and light fixtures. 3. Outside paint already chipping. Very disappointing.
