Adair Court

I have lived at Adair court for 6 years. We have had several Community Managers. Out of all of the ones we have had. Ms. LaKetha is the only that has treated and talked to us like adult human beings should be treated and talked to. She don't raise her voice nor snap at you like you are a nobody. She is very very respectable and well-mannered. I appreciate you so much Ms LaKetha. Wilma

Cool place to live. ❤️ I wish the park, next to us could have lights on at night time. Extremely to dark. 🤗 I wish I had more time to participate in the events Adair Courts have for us tenants. 👍

It's been cold outside and I have no heat it's not working since I've been here.02-01-26

I have been to this property a total of three times looking to fill out an application/ talk to someone in the leasing office ( within business hours on a WEEKDAY) in regards to a place for my grandma and there has been not a sole-in sight. I ring the ring camera doorbell several times -no one comes to the door. I call the landline the mailbox is full. Lol Very poorly managed.

Be aware of the Leasing Managers aka Community Managers. Completed application for income based one bedroom unit for my 73 year old mother. We were told to bring $35 non-refundable money order along with proof of income, ssc, and id. My mother never heard back from Korri London. On 02/13/2024, my mother was contacted by another community manager name Crystal Brown instructing her to bring another non-refundable MO along with proof of income, id, ssc, which should already be in her file from back in March 2023. It appears the Community Managers are committing fraud and stealing $35 Money Orders for themselves. Don't wast your time applying to this community. The Leasing staff is stealing the application fees of $35.
