Adagio Apartments

I live here and I love it. Many, many trees, a large pool surrounded by palm trees with a hot tub and another pool that's smaller in the complex and another hot tub, also. The apartments are well built, well insulated. Each apartment has one garage, not attached to the apartment. The rent is high, but it seems like quality apartment complexes are high everywhere.

These apartments have the potential to be beautiful but they aren’t turning these apartments over like they used to when ppl move out. Doesn’t seem professionally cleaned inside and a lot of details being missed—- seeming like a rushed job, and or not professional cleaners being used (just maintenance). It’s too bad. Also the outside grounds though beautiful, a lot of dirt on building/near doorsteps. If they could do better in this area- would make such a difference!
