THE ONLY THING YOU CAN REFER TO IS THE LEASE, NOW THAT YOU HAVE MADE AN INCONSIDERATE MOVE AND ACTED POORLY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR MESSAGE IN REFERENCE TO “PARK AT YOUR RISK” CONTRADICTS THE POLICY OF YOU SUDDENLY MOVING SOMEONES PROPERTY WITHOUT SIMPLE COMMUNICATION AS IF YOUR PARKING IS RAN STRICT AND WITH THAT CASE I WOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE AND IT WOULDNT HAVE BEEN THERE. BUT I LIVE THERE. THE MANAGEMENT EVEN VIOLATED BY NOT PROVIDING THE LOCATION OF WHERE THE CARS WOULD BE TOWED UNTIL YESTERDAY, WHICH MADE MY TOWING BALANCE GO UP DAILY! YOUR MANAGEMENT IS ONLY REPLYING BECAUSE ITS THE FIRST. YOU GUYS HAVE NOT BEEN AVAILABLE. AF

By far , the best rental property in Macon. I've been with them for 7 years and they've never disappointed. Any request, they answer in a timely manner and the friendliness is beyond measures. I love Constance. She's the key holder to the entire operation.

I been a resident for almost 3 years in one of the best properties they manage, The Highlands. The customer service is horrible. Also, they are some crooks. Do yourself a favor and stay far away! I am a single female who had garage issues, the service rep Buddy responded while I was at work and so called fixed the problem but never communicated it to me so I called again and was charged again. Like $40 twice someone who pays $1125 monthly for almost 3 years. All it took was a courtesy call. Then on top of that I have had several maintenance issues and the service guys that respond are drunk and lazy. Like when my Air went out when it was 90 degrees and was told its night so suffer through until the morning. I am so over this bootleg company. Micheal is not interested in keeping his ten

I will like to thank Active Property Management for always responding very quickly to maintenance calls...the maintenance team, is very professional and very nice and always get the job done. Also, Constance Tidwell is so sweet and always try to get the answers to my questions, no matter how crazy it may sound or be. I really appreciate all they do to put up with me when I pay late, they really don't have to but as long as I get it at reasonable manner. Sincerely, your tenant in Lake Wildwood.

I had a property I needed managed from afar. No management agency in Macon knows how to conduct... business return calls etc etc. So I found this company which I was gratefull..I thought. The pitch was good. The realtor said everything I wanted to hear. Then I gave her the address...then there was 15 seconds of silence..Then she said"..we don't rent to that area.." I said Excuse me..she said We don't do that area......I asked...why...Again silence...I ask..but you do service Macon...??!!??...Silence...Unbelievable!!!!
