Action Management

This place has not only let harassment and tenants stalk, threaten, block them from getting out of their unit but have looked the other way. Management will say they wont charge you for things and no where in the lease does it state charges will be made for these things.. Also after giving notice two months later they want to lie and say they had to replace carpet and charged me 1600$ and this was after giving notice we would be vacating a different unit. AFTER new tenant moved into old unit and these charges were re-advised TWO DAYS after they were given notice of moving. Don't rent threw them and do not trust them. I can not wait to see them in court. OH and they love talking about other tenants to tenants. STAY AWAY.

i been living in one of their apartments they manage going on 3 years and things are good. they are responsive when you put in a request and the on-site manager brian is great always talking to the tenants and updating us with what’s going on.

There's a tree that fell on my neighbors apartment at woodland village that went through the roof and caused it to be a hazard for the entire building. Action management hasn't moved the people from the first floor or added any safely measures for around the area. We were told that it isn't their tree so they weren't going to go anything about it. The laundry room is a mess and the machines are constantly breaking down, there's dog poop regularly in the common area and parking lot, they do not answer their phone for when you need to get ahold of them. There's been an abandoned car in the parking lot for over a year that was abandoned by a previous tenant.

I’ve lived at Silverton Apartments for a long time, and I can confidently say the new ownership and management especially Matthew and Destiny, are a huge improvement over the previous team. They’re always helpful, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have questions or concerns. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents and the property. Matt, Destiny, and Action Management are exactly what we needed here. The difference they’ve made is night and day!

Managers in Silverton were very accommodating with my work hours and showing me several units durning non-business hours. I was scared of potentially going thru a management company, although the guy helping me assured and comforted me potentially changing my mind. Seems like a great place to live, I can’t wait to see the apartments at ridge when they are available.
