Action Association Management has been providing services for our HOA for 14 years. Debbie’s knowledge, experience and professionalism has proved to invaluable. Her expertise has been helpful in the budgeting process. She provided a reserve study to help quantify and create a fund for future maintenance and replacement and create a sinking fund which is part of the annual budget. Our CC&R’s are a large contributing factor in maintaining the desirability of our subdivision and therefore, home values and Action Management has been helpful in their enforcement, Therefore, they are not without critics among homeowners who are not in compliance. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY In my 60+ years I have never experienced such a rude, unprofessional, arrogant, dishonest and childlike behavior from an HOA company. I have contacted Debbie many times regarding the poor lawn mowing service we are receiving. (Action Lawn Mowing ????) She attacked us with vicious texts. Instead of correcting the issue with the vendor she attacks the homeowners. She claims we are harassing her! It's very clear that she can NOT handle the job. We are also getting suspicious of her continued defensiveness. She appears to be making her own rules regarding the HOA.
