A.C.S. Inspection Services L.L.C.

I have been a customer of this company for more than ten years. They service my businesses fire extinguishers. I had them here on March 17th to for a service and was told all of my extinguishers needed to be refilled. I paid them 310.02 to refill and inspect them. Yesterday, the Fire Marshall was at my location for an inspection and told me one of the extinguishers they had just serviced in March was empty. I asked if it was possible that it could have leaked and he told me the likelihood of it being empty so quickly was slim unless they installed a faulty seal, but it was more likely that I was ripped off. I called the company today to ask what could be done and was told they would not make it right without charging me a service and refill fee, and that they stand by their work. I told h

These guys are awsome! As a small business owner I have to watch how every dime is spent. They are quick very nice Amanda over the phone is very pleasent and Knowledgeable. They do quality work and they are very Reasonable with their pricing. Wont use any one else!
