Acropolis Apartments

My husband and I lived together for the first time at Acropolis. We loved it there! (We would have stayed, but we bought a house). Anytime something was needed or there was an emergency of any kind, we notified the appropriate people and we either got a response or were notified in some way in no mare than 24 hours. It was a great place to live! The best apartment I have lived in, by far!

I have been a tenant for this Landis for three years now and currently live at the Acropolis (I previously lived at the campus property). I have had a positive experience at both locations. I have found the company to be very understanding and flexible and will go above and beyond for their residents. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and I have never waited more than a day for a repair. The apartment itself was clean and very spacious, and the rent is very low for this area. They also offer short-term leases. The location is great, you have all the benefits of living by Henderson, Sawmill, and Bethel, but the property is about a block away from Henderson so you do not have to deal with living on a busy street. Everyone I interacted with at Landis Properties, including the maintenance personnel, was friendly and responded in a timely manner. The Acropolis townhouses have a lot of space and the rent is cheap relative to the space. The complex is also in a very convenient area of Columbus, pretty close to the OSU campus, basically any store/restaurant you could want to go, and multiple parks. There is a nice little courtyard in the middle of the complex and the environment suits families as well as young people. I recommend living here - as a student, the space, rent price, and staff at Landis were a refreshing change from many companies located in the campus area.

Acropolis has an awesome maintenance team. They are very timely and do a great job. Also their property manager is always sweet and super helpful.

Love it here. Spacious apartments, friendly neighbors, the rent is quite reasonable for the area, and the location can’t be beat. Office and maintenance staff are professional, pleasant, and efficient. It’s a nice place to live.
