Follow up…the service has gotten worse. Two months after closing my home with FBC mortgage, the recommended FBC insurance cancelled my new insurance policy. Stated reason was a previously fully disclosed claim on my previous property, a claim that we had discussed at length prior to CLOSING. The new policy, and house payment was $500 more a MONTH than the previous policy. The next years policy was ANOTHER $3500 more so my total house payment was raised by $800 A MONTH. Bait and Switch? This should be illegal.
