outdated furnishings, windows were in such a bad state we could put our hands through to reach the outside. Glass window panes fell out and took multiple months to be replaced. Got locked out because of fault knob and had to wait over 12 hours for a response (overnight). Ridiculous that this apartment doesn't seek to meet basic living standards nor helps us to open the door to our own unit so essentially we're locked out of the only amenity we pay for. Has open staircase that isnt lit so a huge liability for people who don't want to fall down the stairs. For this price range: definitely better options literally anywhere. Do NOT sign a lease here.

If you’re looking to rent here, be advised that apartment 2 is borderline infested with cockroaches. Maintenance is slow with requests and the apartment is not well maintained. I’ve asked multiple times for the same requests and have not had many of them ever addressed. I regret signing a lease here.
