I had an issue with my merchant portal making my deposits, i explained the situation and did back and forth emailing with the department that handles rent payment and we agreed on a date for me to make the payment, I made the payment BEFORE the agreed upon date and I still got charged a late fee($500+) if i had known about that late fee I would've made something happen to make my rent payment and avoid that fee, but no where in our messages was that mentioned. Clearly they are not willing to work with their tenant and do not give that heads up if you're stuck in a situation like I was. They just make it seem like they're giving you an extension. If you were to lease from this company I would think twice about it.
