Acero Cooley Station Apartments

The mandatory valet trash service has been one of the most frustrating parts of living here. Residents are required to pay for it every month, but the rules feel unreasonable. We’re told to put bins out between 5–7pm, yet they don’t pick them up until 9–10pm. If you don’t bring your bin back inside by 8am, you get fined and threatened with eviction. I even had a notice posted on my door that exposed my information and said “10 day notice of intent to terminate lease” over this. When I went to the office, they told me to just make sure it didn’t happen again, but I was still fined later that day. That feels excessive for something so minor, especially when this is a service we don’t have the option to decline. It’s disappointing as I haven’t had any other issues with the staff. I really h

I’d give 100 stars if I could! I’m relocating to AZ from NY this spring, and a move this big can definitely be stressful, but Niko truly helped relieve a lot of that stress. After coming across the website, I called to learn more, and he was extremely helpful. He walked me through all the floor plans and provided an excellent virtual tour, which really helped me understand the space, something I haven’t experienced with other communities. I love the amenities, and the location is perfect. Could not recommend more!

Cooley is a great place to live! All staff is really nice especially maintenance team. Brayan always takes care of work tickets in a timely manner and is super professional

Don't do it! I was given my move in paperwork 20 days in advance in my portal. The day I sign my paperwork I'm again assured by Cameron that my 2nd month is Free for the special they had. This concession was shown on the Security deposit paperwork as well. I sign the documents then BOOM the paperwork was changed and I now have to pay for the month. Even though I provided the original paperwork showing the 1 month free "there is nothing they can do" "they made a mistake" "we can extend your lease longer to make up for it" even though I said Im moving out of state at the end of this term. The worst part is they didn't bother to communicate the change with me until the 3rd which is already past the due date. Even the district manager said there's nothing they can do.
