Acequia Lofts

A wonderful complex to live in, especially in Santa Fe! We love the easy access to a lot of places. Quiet location if that’s something you’re looking for. My husband and I enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone! Amenities are wonderful!! Management is great and answers all questions! Maintenance is perfect!

I’ve stayed at this apartment complex for a few years and have had a great experience with the community. The area is quiet, the neighbors are nice, and the staff is incredibly kind and responsive to any concerns or emergencies I have. The location is nice when I wake up early to drive to work since I don’t have to get into any big roads until I’m getting onto the highway. When I’m back home, Cesar is always a bright part of my day when I go to the front office for my dog’s daily snacks.

I lived at the complex for a year and had a great experience. The staff were amazing. Maintenance was speedy when needed. The neighbors in the complex were very friendly and mostly quiet. Probably would have stayed if I didn’t have to move for my job!

I was recommended this community by a longtime resident and friend, and I can see why they spoke so highly of it. Edwina went above and beyond to give us a thorough tour, and Cesar was so prompt with emails and following up on our questions. Everything here feels well run and well cared for. I can see why it’s rare for units to open up! Thank you again for your time and graciousness with Juan and I.

Cesar and Edwina were incredibly kind and welcoming—they even made my pup feel right at home. I had some appliance challenges and Oscar and Jose addressed them right away.
