I signed a contract with Amy Reynolds to rent my property. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the services provided and made the decision to terminate the agreement. When Amy retrieved the company’s lockbox, she sent me a text stating that she had left the key to my home hidden under a decorative tin lantern on my front porch. This was extremely concerning. I immediately asked why the key was not placed back in my personal lockbox—the same lockbox she originally accessed to retrieve the keys. Her response was that she was on her way out of town. That explanation was unacceptable. If she had time to send a text message, she had time to call me for the lockbox code or review our previous messages where the code had already been provided.
